24 Hour Advance Cancellation Policy

Because of our premium service and high demand, cancellations and no-shows affect us greatly by affecting those clients waiting for appointments. 

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. No-shows will be charged in full and also may be prevented from future scheduling of appointments.

Same rules apply to gift card clients who cancel late or do not show for the appointment at their scheduled time. Gift card value will be reduced or voided.
